The DSA ‘Insider Secrets’ Seminar proved to be a great event yesterday at the Amway Experience Centre in London.
Keynote speaker, Darren Hardy gave a powerful presentation that highlighted some of the issues in the direct selling industry, pointing out that they were not necessarily the obvious ones. He backed it up with research and analysis and clear solutions to the issues that he had identified, which will enable all direct selling companies to increase their profitability.
This was truly a presentation full of answers for the delegates who attended and one not to be missed. Darren kindly took the time to sign copies of his book‘The Compound Effect’, which were generously given to attendees by VideoPlus.
After lunch which provided the opportunity for open networking, three round table sessions were held with a wide range of topics discussed by delegates, including Sales Support, Brand Loyalty, Training Events, Retention, Recruitment, Your Starter Kit, PR, Customer Service and Social Media.
The day concluded with the three best points raised from each table being shared with all the delegates. There was a lot of very positive feedback throughout the day, this was truly an event not to be missed.
